1. How do I create an account?

• To create an account, simply go to our website and click on the "Sign Up" button located at the top right corner. Follow the instructions to complete the registration process. You can also watch our tutorial on creating an account.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

• We accept payments via credit and debit card.

3. How can I contact customer support?

• You can reach our customer support team via email at [e-mail] or by clicking on the message icon on the bottom right corner of the app.

4. Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

• Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account, go to the settings section, then click on Manage Plan, and follow the instructions to cancel your subscription. Please be aware that you need an active subscription to use any functionality of the service.

5. How long does it take to process my video for captioning?

• The processing time depends on your plan, the length of the video, the transcription engine and our current workload. Caption generation should not take longer than the length of the video. Generally, videos are processed instantly.

6. Can I upload videos in any language for captioning?

• At the moment we only support Spanish and English, we are working to expand the language selection.

7. Are my videos and data secure with your platform?

• Yes, we take the security and privacy of your videos and data seriously. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information and original media files are deleted after processing. Also media files that are not processed will be deleted after 24 hours.

8. How can I download my captioned videos?

• Once your video is captioned, you can download it from the Media tab. Simply locate the video you want to download and click on Options and then on the download button. You can also check our tutorial on how to caption videos.

9. Do you offer a free trial?

• Not at the moment. I ♡ Captions is being developed by a small team of two who are also working on other jobs. At the moment we do not have the resources to offer free trials.
